Helen is a qualified coach, consultant and CEO who specialises in supporting organisational development and coaching leaders and managers to thrive. With over 20 years' experience in arts venues and charities, she has held permanent and interim leadership roles including Executive Director, CEO, and Director of Marketing.
Her career spans organisations such as Discover Children's Story Centre, Art Fund, Unicorn Theatre, National Theatre, and Warwick Arts Centre, and she has served as a trustee for Peckham Platform and New International Encounters.
As a coach, Helen specialises in 1:1 coaching for new CEOs and senior staff aspiring towards or stepping into leadership roles, as well as experienced professionals facing pivotal challenges - such as leading teams through uncertainty and change, managing stress and imposter syndrome, feeling stuck in their career or role, or wanting to improve their communication style, influence, and impact.
