On Sale LIVE: THE EXPERIENCE ECONOMY EXPO

Who On Sale Live: The Experience Economy Expo is for

On Sale Live is the annual event for the people responsible for marketing and selling live experiences.

It takes place on 11 and 12 May 2027 at the Business Design Centre, London.

If you are responsible for guaranteeing a ‘sell-out’, or you support the people who do, this room is built for you.

Two days. One location. The full marketing, sales and communications workforce of the experience economy.

Built for the people who sell experiences

This is not a generic marketing expo. It is a room built and filtered for the experience economy: theatre, festivals, attractions, immersive, exhibitions, music, sport, events, competitive socialising and location based entertainment.

Delegates have come from Live Nation, Ticketmaster, Merlin Entertainments, ATG Entertainment, Sonia Friedman Productions, TodayTix, Avalon, Media 10 and Virgin Experience Days.

The event has sold out in both previous years.

What happens over two days

Two things happen in the same room.

A conference programme built for commercial teams, covering marketing, ticketing, pricing, data, technology and audience growth. Real campaigns, real numbers, delivered from people inside the industry.

And an exhibitor floor built for the tech, advertising and service businesses selling into the marketing funnel of the experience economy.

•     Main Stage. Keynotes and panels on the conversations shaping the commercial year ahead.

•     Expert Zone. The practical detail. Case studies and campaign breakdowns you can apply the following week.

•     Demo Stage. New for 2027. Timed slots showing the technology and expertise worth learning about.

•     The expo floor. New for 2027. Advertising, marketing and ticketing technology, and the service businesses behind every ticket sold.

•     Networking. Introductions to peers in similar roles, plus time on the floor to meet the suppliers you are already weighing up.

For exhibitors and sponsors

Every person walking that floor controls or influences a marketing, ticketing or technology budget. They came to buy and to learn.

Businesses that sell technology, advertising or services to this audience can exhibit, sponsor, or both. Exhibitors get the Meeting Matcher, a buyer's programme that qualifies leads and books meetings before the doors open. Sponsors put their brand at the centre of the programme and the room.

The audience is senior, cross-sector and impossible to reach in one place at any other point in the year.

To talk about exhibiting or sponsorship, contact Ruth Redding, Sales Director, at ruth@onsalegroup.com.

Making the case to your manager

Two days out of the building can feel like a lot to ask. But you’re glued to your phone anyway and crucially this is the only room that has ever been built with your needs in mind. Here’s what to share with leadership:

•     You will come back with tactics tested by teams selling the same kind of ticket

•     You can compare suppliers side by side on the expo floor, in one place

•     You will build relationships that make the next problem faster to solve

•     You will share what you learned with the team the following week

4

A conference programme across the Main Stage, the Expert Zone and a new Demo Stage, alongside an expo floor of the technology, advertising and service businesses that help experiences sell tickets. There is dedicated time for networking with peers in similar roles.
