Anna Golden is the Chief Executive Officer of the Association of Event Organisers (AEO), the industry body representing the organisers who create and deliver the UK's most significant trade and consumer events.
Since her appointment as CEO in 2025, Anna has focused on strengthening the resources available to event organisers, championing greater inclusivity and diversity across the industry, and accelerating the adoption of technology to improve attendee experiences.
She brings to the role over two decades of senior commercial experience, including as Commercial Director at Olympia London, where she was a founding member of the team behind the 'Grand Plan' - a staff-driven ESG strategy that made Olympia one of the first UK venues to sign the industry's Net Zero pledge.
Anna is recognised as one of the events industry's most prominent voices, combining commercial rigour with a genuine commitment to moving the sector forward.
