Joe Shellard is Senior Director at TodayTix Group, the global e-commerce leader in cultural experiences across the West End, Broadway, and beyond. The TodayTix app has revolutionised theatre discovery, selling over 70 million tickets to more than 20 million people worldwide.
Joe previously led data and ticketing strategy at advertising agency AKA, working to drive sales through insight and innovation. Earlier, at audience insight firm Purple Seven, he consulted with theatres across the UK to grow their audiences using data. In 2024, he published his first book, How To Sell Out: A Manual to Becoming the Hottest Ticket in Town.
